Yes. When a student stops taking lessons, BYTU sends a review request by WhatsApp and email: they rate each instructor they had lessons with, and the school, from 1 to 5 stars. Then it invites the student to review the school on Google, only once. You see the ratings, the comments and the instructor ranking on your dashboard.
BYTU sends the commitment agreement for the student to sign 100% digitally, with no paper. Each acceptance is recorded with date, IP and confirmation, which gives the school more legal security and keeps every agreement organized by student.
